In his words

Good judgment has always been valuable. The challenge has been making it accessible.

My grounding is an engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur and, later, finance and marketing at ISB Hyderabad — one half about how a thing is actually built, the other about whether it is worth building at all.

Since then I've spent my career building products at Microsoft, PayPal and Samsung: leading teams, solving complex problems, and learning what separates work that is merely functional from work that genuinely holds up.

For years, the kind of thinking that turns complexity into something people can act on lived inside teams, institutions, consulting engagements, classrooms and one-to-one conversations. Today, software can capture and extend much of it.

That is what Mavels Tech is about. We build products that bring expert thinking, structured guidance and intelligent tools into the moments where better judgment can make a real difference — whether you're learning something new, making an important decision, building a career, or creating something of your own.

Every product starts with a simple question: can technology make the quality of thinking available to more people? We believe it can — and we intend to build products that prove it.
